Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) ja Siemens IT Solutions and Services (SIS) sõlmisid märkimisväärse, globaalse IT lepingu

Siemens ja Nokia Siemens Networks kirjutasid alla globaalsele teenustosutavale lepingule, mille kohaselt Siemensist saab Nokia Siemens Networks´i peamine IT-infrastruktuuriteenuse osutaja. Leping on nelja aasta peale ning sisaldab ka võimalikku pikendamist veel kahe aasta ulatuses.

SIS hakkab suures osas vastutama NSN-i IT infrastrukuuri eest. Teenus sisaldab lõppkasutaja teenuse tuge, mis ei hõlma SAP aplikatsiooni ega globaalset lähivõrku. Üleminek ja IT transformatsioon lõpetatakse järgmise 15 kuu jooksul.

„Antud leping on suur samm Nokia Siemens Networksi IT infrastruktuuri ja sellega seotud protsesside integratsioonis. SIS pakub IT infrastruktuuri alustala, mis on meie ettevõtte uue tegevusmudeli teostamiseks väga oluline” ütles Manfred Immitzer, Chief Information Officer.

„Leping toob endaga kaasa palju uusi äritehinguid, kuna see hõlmab kogu Nokia Siemens Networksi, mitte ainult endist Siemensi infrastruktuuri osa. Lepingu kohaselt saab Nokia Simens Networksist üks meie suuremaid kliente ülemaailma” ütles hr Kollatz, Siemensi IT and Solutions CEO.
